Bring last year’s Ramadan donors back for the last 10 nights, automatically.
We text and email supporters who gave last Ramadan but not since, with a personal, respectful message and your appeal link. An assistant answers their zakat and Gift Aid questions from your own policy, 24/7. Done for you in about 48 hours.
- Live in about 48 hours
- 5 founding spots
- Month 2 free if no donations come in
The people most likely to say yes are the ones nobody has time to message.
01
Donors go quiet for 11 months
Every Ramadan brings in supporters who then hear nothing personal until next year. For most charities that is the biggest untapped list they have.
02
Questions arrive at midnight
“Is this zakat-eligible?” “Is my donation Gift Aided?” People ask after taraweeh, when your team has gone home, and some give up rather than wait.
03
The last 10 nights need timing
The odd nights matter most, and a generic email blast sent at 9am doesn’t land the same way. Doing it by hand, night after night, is hard for a small team.
Ramadan giving responds to a timely, personal ask.
$542 → $174,000
One Muslim nonprofit turned $542 of Ramadan Facebook ads into $174,000 raised.
- Bringing back past donors is far cheaper than finding new ones: they already know and trust you.
- Illustration, not a forecast: if 2,000 lapsed donors get the sequence and 3% give £50, that’s £3,000 from one campaign.
- If the campaign brings in no donations in the first 30 days of sending, month 2 is free.

Done for you. You just take the calls.
- 1
You send us your donor list and appeals
A spreadsheet of past donors with a consent column, your Ramadan 2027 appeal pages and your zakat policy. We remove anyone without consent or who has opted out.
- 2
We build your Donor Care assistant
It answers zakat, sadaqah, fidya and Gift Aid questions from your own policy and FAQs, never gives its own rulings, and passes complaints, refunds or anything sensitive to your team.
- 3
Lapsed donors hear from you before Ramadan
Late January, a personal thank-you for last year and an invitation to this year’s appeal, by email and text to consented donors.
- 4
The last 10 nights, on the odd nights
Messages on the 21st, 23rd, 25th, 27th and 29th nights, timed for after taraweeh at times your trustees approve, each with your donate link.
- 5
You see everything
Every conversation sits in your inbox, and a weekly report shows what was sent, clicked and replied to, alongside the donations you report.
Warm, humble, grateful. Never guilt-tripping.
- Answers only from your zakat policy, appeal pages and FAQs.
- Never gives a fiqh ruling beyond your policy. Anything else goes to your team.
- Always includes your donate link when someone wants to give.
- Complaints, refunds and Gift Aid changes are handed to a person.

Donor Care · text message
27th night · 10:41pm
Assalamu alaikum Omar, it’s Donor Care. The last 10 nights are here, and tonight could be Laylatul Qadr. Thank you for supporting our water appeal last Ramadan. Would you like to be part of it again this year?
Wa alaikum assalam. Can I give my zakat to this appeal?
JazakAllah khair for asking. Under our zakat policy, the water appeal is zakat-eligible, and you can choose zakat when you give here: yourcharity.org/ramadan
Done, just gave £100. Will Gift Aid apply?
May Allah accept it from you. If you’re a UK taxpayer, Gift Aid can be added. I’ve asked our team to check your declaration and confirm by email.
One season, set up for you, with a guarantee.
What you get
- Lapsed Ramadan donors re-engaged by email and text
- Last-10-nights sequence on the odd nights, after taraweeh
- Zakat, sadaqah and Gift Aid questions answered 24/7 from your policy
- Every message links to your own appeal page
- Message copy for your trustees to sign off before anything is sent
- Up to 3,000 texts a month included (extra at cost)
- Weekly report: sent, clicked, replied, plus the donations you report
What we don’t do yet: Instagram DM auto-replies, cold WhatsApp broadcasts, or phone calls. We only contact supporters who have given you consent.
- Up to 3,000 texts a month included, extra at cost
- Live in about 48 hours from receiving your details
Guarantee. If the campaign brings in no donations in the first 30 days of sending, month 2 is free.
Polite follow-up to people who asked. Never spam.
Consent first
We only message donors who gave you marketing consent. Your list needs a consent column, and anyone without it is removed before we start.
STOP on every text
Anyone can opt out in one word, and they are never messaged again.
Respectful timing
No late-night messages, except the last-10-nights timings you agree with us in advance.
Trustees sign off
Your team tests the assistant and your trustees approve the message copy before launch.
Asked, answered.
We already email our donors. What does this add?
Great, keep doing it. The question is whether lapsed donors get a personal text on the 27th night, and whether someone can answer their zakat question at midnight. We add that layer on top of what you already send.
Our trustees need to approve this.
Of course. We’ll send a one-page summary for them with the price, the guarantee and how consent is handled, and they sign off the message copy before anything goes out.
Is AI appropriate for religious questions?
It only answers from your published zakat policy and FAQs and never gives its own rulings. Anything beyond that goes to your team.
Our budget is tight.
As an illustration, if 2,000 lapsed donors get the sequence and 3% give £50, that’s £3,000 from one campaign. And if the campaign brings in no donations in the first 30 days of sending, month 2 is free.
Who do you message?
Only donors who gave you marketing consent. We remove anyone without consent and anyone who has opted out, and every text has a STOP option.
Can messages go out after taraweeh?
Yes, for the last 10 nights. We agree the exact timings with you in advance; outside those, we keep to normal daytime hours.
Do donations go through you?
No. Every message links to your own appeal page, so donations go through the platform you already use.
What do you need from us?
Your donor list with a consent column, your Ramadan 2027 appeals and donate links, your zakat policy, sadaqah and fidya details, how Gift Aid works for you, and a few DNS records so email comes from your own domain. We can start on a shared sending pool while that is set up.
How fast can we go live, and how long do we commit for?
About 48 hours from receiving your list and appeal details. The minimum is three months, December to March, covering your Ramadan planning, the month itself and Eid.
Make sure last year’s donors hear from you on the 27th night.
Tell us a little about your organisation. We’ll get back to you personally to book a 15-minute call before your Ramadan plan is locked.
- Founding price for the first 5 organisations
- Live in about 48 hours
- Month 2 free if no donations come in
